Golf enthusiasts, musical fans, and party seekers alike gather for this week-long celebration dubbed “The Greatest Show on Grass.” 

As the countdown for the 2022 Waste Management Phoenix Open begins, get your accommodations set in place, your outfits planned, and, of course, get excited! This year the tournament takes place Feb. 7 – 13. General admission is free Monday and Tuesday, $50 Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday, and $75 Friday, Saturday.

Rentals:

VRBO and Airbnb are great options if you’re traveling with a bigger group. Most of the time you can find cheaper options in splitting the cost of rentals among your party versus purchasing multiple rooms to accommodate everyone. There’s so many options, from location to size and amenities, that you can choose anything from a whole house to a private room. If you’re looking for extra space that has a kitchen, laundry machines, multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, etc., the rentals offered on their sites are definitely worth checking out.

A bit of a drive, but if you’re looking for pool parties surrounded by beautiful views and your favorite cocktail in hand, the 15 mile distance is worth it. Between Zuzu Patio, the Sky Line Rooftop, their pools, and the Palm Courtyard there’s always something going on for you to check out. 

Hyatt Place Scottsdale/Old Town

Located in the heart of Old Town, you’re walking distance from just about everything. Indulge in the area’s vibrant nightlife and endless dining and shopping options. Your stay includes free breakfast, all-day dining, and a stocked bar. Relax in their outdoor pool, or hit the bars before/after your long day at TPC Scottsdale Champions Course.

Fairmont Scottsdale Princess

In partnership with TPC Scottsdale, the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess has been a host hotel for the Phoenix Open for over 30 years. Just a quick walk from the TPC Scottsdale Stadium-Course and minutes from Scottsdale’s restaurant, shopping, and nightlife scene, the hotel sits at a perfect location for whatever your week will entail. If you’re looking for some pampering, step foot in their famous Well & Being Spa, and enjoy any of their five pools after a long, hot day on the golf course. 

Scottsdale Links Resort

Less than a 15 minute walk from the course, this resort features two outdoor pools, a fitness center, picnic and BBQ areas, a jacuzzi, and activities center. Many of their suites are designed for your convenience with living rooms, dining areas, a full or partial kitchen, private bedrooms, and in-room laundry. Just over a half mile away the rooms are equipped with just about everything you need. The only worries you should have is what time you’ll head over to the tournament and when your head will hit the pillow at night.

Get your luggage and hop on a shuttle from the airport to check into your room. Sitting just a mile from the TPC Scottsdale Champions Course, this is a nice, easy option for guests going to and from the tournament’s events.
