Going out can be more than just getting drunk off of cheap drinks if you want it to be. If you’re always the one to hit the most popping bars, or go for the one with the cheapest happy hour, know that Mesa offers so much more! If you’ve been hitting the same spot for a while now and are looking for something new to try, I put together a list of some of Mesa’s unique, themed bars. Test them all out and let us know your favorites!

Throughout the years, the owners of Boulders on Southern have also opened Boulders on Broadway and Spokes on Southern. This bar/restaurant has been created around their passion of cooking pizza and rock climbing. Their theme is all about bike riding, climbing, and adventure, so, when you’re looking around the bar you can find photos of their travels. The menu features unique foods that have been inspired from their times out on their latest adventures.

Get fancy with your drinks and try something new. Here, you get to choose from the finest selection of craft beer and wine from all over the world. If you’re not exactly sure what you’d like, that’s okay, their staff can help you choose your drink based on your preference and what kind of taste you’re looking for. Chupacabra Taproom brings you a relaxed, laid back, atmosphere where you can broaden your wine and beer horizons.

Calling all country music lovers! There’s always something going on at Denim and Diamonds, from cheap drink specials, to free dance lessons, and beer pong tournaments. It’s a little taste of Nashville in Arizona. Put together your best cowboy boots and hat, get on that denim, and dance the night away as the DJ fills the room with all your favorite country songs.
