Executive Chef, Russell LaCasce, and Pastry Chef, Maria Arenas, have brought together the freshest ingredients to curate new brunch, dinner, desert, and happy hour menus at ZuZu.

Located in Scottsdale inside of Hotel Valley Ho is this must hit spot for all foodies in the area. I’ve always loved ZuZu’s food so when I heard they rolled out new menus, I was so excited to stop in and taste some of their new dishes.

I ordered the Calabrese Pomodoro, a sonoran pasta co. bucatini, calabrian chiles, san marzano tomatoes, garlic, burrata, with grilled sourdough crumble to top it off. I also added chicken. I’d recently gotten back from Italy where I had pasta for every single meal, so the bar was set pretty high, but this dish didn’t disappoint. It was absolutely delicious. Their chefs have always found ways to combine so many flavors that compliment each other onto one plate.

My friend enjoyed the Pan Seared Icelandic Salmon, with forbidden fried rice, a brown sugar umami glaze, and Arizona citrus salad.

For dessert we devoured the Brookie, a warm chocolate chip cookie with a brownie, chocolate pearls, raspberries, and vanilla ice cream. Yum!

It’s not just about what makes up each dish, it’s about the presentation too (which you can see in these pictures). So much attention to detail is put into anything you order.

Some new brunch items include the Cinnamon Roll Bread Pudding, Short Rip + Sweet Potato Hash, and a Bourbon BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich. New featured dinner items include their Korean Chicken Wings, Citrus + Five Spice Pork Belly, and more. And, for dessert, they’ve brought the all-new Brookie (delicious) along with new petite desserts, perfect for “a sweet but light finish.”

There’s so much to try at this local gem!
