There’s so much going on that it’s difficult to narrow down a list of events to feature. So, even if there’s not something here that interests you (or is in your budget), a few Google searches will help you find something.

I chose events central to those who live in the Southwest region of the United States, so it’s all relatively close and you won’t be spending your whole weekend traveling.

Vegas can be overwhelming, there’s flashing lights everywhere drawing your attention every which way. It can be hard to choose where to go. That’s where Desert Drip comes in. This premier weekend experience comes around four weekends of the year, one of those being Labor Day.

Over the course of 4 days and nights, you’ll get access to 8 pool parties and nightclubs. The Super Pass grants you access to over 20 headliners between the Exodus and Desert Drip Festival.

Featured venues include Hakkasan Nightclub, Encore Beach Club, Jewel Nightclub, Daylight Beach Club, and XS Nightclub. Lil Jon, Ludacris, Tyga, Swae Lee, and Major Lazer, are just some of the scheduled headliners that’ll take the stage over the weekend.

For one price, you’ll get to party the long weekend away with 10 artists. This year brings you the 12th Las Vegas Exodus Festival, getting you into the biggest pool parties and nightclubs in the world, all located right in Sin City.

With 10 parties at the tip of your fingertips, you get to enjoy concerts by the Chainsmokers, Diplo, Kaskade, Alesso, Kygo, and Marshmello, just to name a few. Forget waiting in lines, your All Access Pass will grant you expedited entry into the scheduled events.

When: Sept. 3 - 5
Where: Memorial Park, Colorado Springs, CO
Cost: Free to enter, VIP Pass $115, Balloon Rides available for purchase

I personally think that this is such a cool event. You get to watch 70 hot air balloons fill and light up the early morning hours, before taking off over beautiful Colorado Springs. I can just imagine how remarkable it would be watching these massive balloons turn into little specks as they fly out to the mountains.

If you’re not a morning person, they also have Balloon Glows that take place Saturday and Sunday at 7:30 p.m. A different ambience takes place as the sun is setting. As dusk quickly approaches, the balloons glow brighter and brighter to light up the night sky.

Purchasing a VIP Pass gets you access to reserved seating in their lounge. You also get food, drinks, a parking pass, private restroom, and a chance to win two free balloon rides from Rainbow Ryders.
